My purchase has been declined?

A purchase can be declined if you have visited the retailer via another source that will be awarded the commission instead of Give as you Live.

 

Here are the most common reasons:

 

You have visited via:

- A promotional email

- A sponsored link

- An advert

- Have used a voucher code

- Have used another 'cashback site' such as Topcashback or Quidco

 

If you think your purchase should not have been declined please make a claim via your account and we will contact the retailer to find out the exact reason why.
