The most common reasons for a transaction being declined are the use of voucher codes or visiting the retailer via another 'source', such as an email, website, or push notification. In this instance, this source would have been awarded the commission instead of Give as you Live Online.
The most common other 'sources' are: -
- A promotional email (even from the retailer directly)
- A sponsored link
- An advert
- Using the retailer's app
- Using voucher codes or offers not listed on Give as you Live Online
- Using another 'cashback site' such as Top Cashback or Quidco
Retailers also provide their own individual terms and conditions, which can be viewed on the retailer's store page on Give as you Live Online.
