Once you have completed our claims form, our claims team will contact you to let you know that we have received your claim and submitted it to the retailer.
It may take a few months for the retailer to make a decision, but as soon as they've told us, we'll let you know. If the claim has been approved, you'll receive a 'thank you' email with how much has been raised for your charity.
We always do our best to get a successful outcome, however, we can't guarantee that all claims will be approved. You can view the status of your claims in your account here.
