Once an Administrator has submitted bank details and completed the onboarding process, funds will be paid as per the products stated below.
Give as you Live Online
Payments for all Give as you Live Online monies are subject to a minimum of £15 threshold for each payout every month. If you have not reached this threshold, monies will be rolled over onto the next month and once the £15 threshold is reached, will be paid out.
When a supporter has made a purchase the transaction goes through a number of different stages. The process of the retailer making the payment to Give as you Live Online can typically take up to 4 - 6 months, taking into account the 28 days we have to wait to allow for refunds and exchanges but can sometimes take longer. Once we have received these funds from the retailer we will pay them to the charity in the next quarterly payment run as long as the funds raised have reached our minimum payment threshold. If the threshold has not been met, these funds will roll over to the next payment until this threshold has been met.
Give as you Live Donate
Payments for all Give as you Live Donate monies will be paid weekly following your first payment directly from our payment partner Stripe. This payment is subject to a minimum of £250 threshold for each pay out. If you have not reached this threshold, monies will be rolled over onto the next week and once the £250 threshold is reached, will be paid out. Any monies below the threshold will be paid quarterly regardless of the amount.

Give as you Live Instore
Payments for all Give as you Live Instore monies are paid monthly, subject to receiving payment from our Give as you Live Instore provider.
