Here are some of the more technical checks you should make if you are having issues accessing Give as you Live Online:
- If you are having issues with your browser, have you tried to access our site via another browser?
- Try a different device, are you having the same issues?
- Try a different network (If you are using a mobile connection, try using Wi-Fi. If you are using Wi-Fi, try a mobile connection)
- Try private browsing mode
- Try disconnecting from your VPN if you are connected to one.
- In your browser, check your cookies are enabled and pop-up blockers/ad-blockers disabled. You may need to amend the settings so that your visit can be tracked and your donation can be added.
- If you're on a mobile device make sure you're not using pop-up blockers or cookie protection apps.
