Some members have reported issues using PayPal on our app. These problems are linked to the mobile web browser technology provided by Mozilla, which our platform uses. Specifically, the issue is often caused by certain privacy settings in the browser.
To resolve this, we recommend disabling Enhanced Tracking Protection for PayPal:
Go to www.paypal.com in your browser.
Tap the padlock icon next to the URL.
Toggle Enhanced Tracking Protection to 'off'.
This change only affects PayPal and will not impact other websites. After doing this, you should be able to use PayPal within our app.
