Whilst there is nothing you need to do with your charity account, we do recommend that you check and update the list of people who have access to your account. You can view this by signing into your Charity Admin and clicking the 'My charity' > 'Manage contacts'. Any former employees should be removed.
You can have as many administrators as you feel necessary – we always recommend someone from fundraising, marketing (so they can access all the marketing materials) and someone from finance (so they can access payment reports).
