The Donation Reminder can be found in your browser toolbar. When visiting a retailer's website, the Donation Reminder will ask you if you would like to activate Give as you Live Online and 'Raise a Donation.'
The Donation Reminder uses a colour system that will let you know if Give as you Live Online is active on a website:
The Give as you Live Online heart icon will show red if you are not signed in or if you are on a site that is not part of Give as you Live Online's retailer list.
The Give as you Live Online heart icon will appear green when you've activated Give as you Live Online. This also means we have tracked your visit to the retailer.
Sometimes, during a purchase or through checkout, the Give as you Live Online Donation Reminder heart icon may turn red. This usually happens when you are forwarded onto a secure payment site where the Give as you Live Online icon cannot display green. As long as the icon is green, and your account is logged in to before visiting this page, your purchase should be tracked in your account.
