To inquire about a donation that isn't showing in your Give as you Live Online account, simply log into your account and select "Claim missing donation". This will be in the icon which appears on the top-right of your dashboard.
Please note that some transactions can take up to seven days to come through. Therefore, please wait until this time has passed before making a claim. Once the claim has been submitted, it may a few months for us to receive the information we require from the retailer to settle your claim.
