When you are missing a donation it is important to double-check the retailer's terms and conditions which are shown on their store page on Give as you Live Online. If you are happy that your shop was in line with the retailer's terms and conditions you can then "Claim missing donation". This is under the icon which appears on the top-right of your dashboard.
We'll then be in contact with the retailer to investigate why you have not received a donation. Please make sure that it has been 7 days after your purchase before you submit a claim. Your claim will also not be valid after 100 days of your shop.
We always do our best to get a successful outcome, however, we can't guarantee claims will be approved. The retailer's decision is final.
