Why have we not received money raised?

Give as you Live funds can take up to 4 months to be processed- we need to allow 28 days for refunds and exchanges, then we request the money from the retailer- who then has up to 3 months to pass the funds to us.

Once we have received these funds, we will pay them to the charity within our next payment run- which is the 15th of every month as long as the minimum payment threshold of £4.76 has been met.

You can see what amounts are pending for your charity by logging into www.everyclickadmin.com and clicking the 'create a report' icon and requesting a 'supporter revenue breakdown' report.
